以下の内容はTMA運営による正式な内容です。

TMAジェネラティブコレクションのALをゲットできるイベント【TMAartでAL配布！第2弾】を開催致します。
TheMafiaAnimalsのファンアートを作成して頂き、♡投票が多かった上位30名にTMAsのALをプレゼント致します。
ただし第1弾の企画時のAL取得者は今回の企画の上位30名のうち投票の多い5名までを入賞とし、以降は繰り上げ入賞とします。
第1弾で惜しくも選ばれなかった方は大チャンス！第1弾で選ばれた人ももちろんチャンスはありますよ！

作品のスタイルは問いません。(イラスト、ボクセル、ドット絵など)愛を込めてよろしくお願い致します!

TMAのDiscord内の「#wallet-submission」チャンネルでウォレットを登録し「wallet-submitted」ロールを取得
（上記手順を実施頂く事で手順3の投稿チャンネルが閲覧可能になります）
投稿したTwitterのリンクをTMAのDiscord内の「 #｜TMAジェネfanart第2弾」の部屋へ投稿
投稿した後、リアクションとして♡を付ける

発覚次第、AL対象からは対象外とさせて頂きますのでご了承ください。
注意2：活動実績のないTwitterアカウントからの投稿等は選考から除外する可能性があります。
注意3：AI(人工知能)(Artificial Intelligence)を利用してのファンアートは選考から除外する可能性があります。
注意4：その他、運営判断にて選考から除外する可能性があります。
注意5：ファンアート製作の際は、以下ファンアートガイドラインを守って頂きますようお願いします。

ファンアートガイドライン

こちらのガイドラインをご参考に制作してください。
ご自身で制作して頂いたファンアートは、NFT化して売買することが可能です。
制作の際は以下の禁止事項を遵守してください。

・TheMafiaAnimalsコレクションの画像を素材として使ったり、加工するファンアート
※加工技術を伴うフィジカルグッズ等の創作にロゴやPFPなどを使用したい場合はご相談下さい。
・TheMafiaAnimalsのイメージを損なう内容
・他者の権利を侵害する、または侵害するおそれのある内容
・TheMafiaAnimalsの公式コンテンツであると誤解をまねく内容
・ファンアート作品を、その創作者に無断で再利用する行為
・その他過剰な性的表現や猟奇的な表現、特定の個人、団体、人種などを中傷する内容等、社会通念上著しく不適応だと判断される行為

❌【素材としての利用、トレースの禁止】
＊TheMafiaAnimalsの作品群にあるNFTや画像をファンアート作成時の素材として使う事や、トレース*して作成することを禁止とさせていただきます。
また、オリジナルの構図でのファンアート（模写）は避けていただいた方が良いかと思います。
TMAの作品やコミニティーのメンバーが楽しくファンアートを作れる環境のためにご理解ご協力お願いします。

✅素材としての利用とは？
TMAの公式イラスト（幹部やメンバーNFT）を加工してご自身の作品制作に使う事です。ドットに加工するアプリなどを使っての「TMAの公式イラストのものと同じ構図でのファンアート」はファンアートとしてお取り扱いする事ができない可能性がありますのでご注意ください。

✅作品のトレースとは？
作品作成時に下に敷いてなぞる事です。

📝【年間1000万円を超える収益が発生する場合】
個人（個人事業も含む）において「年商1000万円以内」であれば TheMafiaAnimalsを利用していただく事ができます。

【推奨事項（任意です）】
・ツイッターへの投稿時には #TMAartタグをお使いください。
・TMA幹部のファンアートのNFTは、各キャラのオーナー様へAirDropもオススメです。
このガイドラインは予告なく変更されることがあります。

📝[Fan Art Guidelines]
Please refer to the guidelines for creating derivative works (fan art). Fan art created by you can be NFTed and sold. In this case, please post a tweet link or a link to OpenSea, ets. in this room. Please comply with the following prohibitions when creating your work.

⚠️[ Prohibited ]
・Fan art that uses images from TheMafiaAnimals collection as material or manipulates them.
・Contents that damages the brand image of TheMafiaAnimals.
・Contents that infringe or may infringe on the rights of others.
・Contents that misleads the public into assuming that the content is official from TheMafiaAnimals.
・Reuse of the other fan arts without the permission of the creator.
・Any other content that is deemed to be extremely inappropriate such as excessive sexual expression, bizarre expressions, or content that insults specific individuals, groups, or races. Also actions that are deemed to be extremely unsuitable for social norms.

❌[Using the original material or tracing is prohibited].
It is prohibited to use NFT or images from TheMafiaAnimals as materials when creating fan art, or to create fan art by tracing them.
We also recommend that you avoid creating fan art of the same composition as the original TheMafiaAnimals.
Thank you for understanding and your cooperation in order to create an environment where TMA community members can enjoy creating fan art.

✅What does mean to use of the original materials? It is to edit or to touch up TMA’s original NFT illustrations (including member NFTs) and use them for your own works.
Please note that we may not be able to accept fan art with the same composition as the original TMA images, such as using applications that process dot image, etc.

✅What is tracing artwork?
It is to trace under the original TMA NFT images when creating fan art.

📝[In the case of earnings exceeding 10 million yen (about $72,000) per year].
As an individual (including private business owner), you may use TheMafiaAnimals if you have “annual sales of 10 million yen or less”.

・Please use the tag #TMAart when posting fan arts on Twitter.
・We also recommend that you AirDrop fan art NFT to the owner of the original TMA NFT, when creating fan art of the original (the executives NFTs).
